Joseph is the CEO of Total Talent Resources and oversees the organization’s operating divisions. Joseph provides vision and execution strategies and ensures proper alignment with the diverse talent acquisitions demands of Total’s partners. With over 18 years of executive leadership experience, he understands the value of continuing to find new ways to promote organizational excellence and individual growth through training and educational opportunities. Joseph also serves as the President of the Illinois Search and Staffing Association, helping to promote the search and staffing industry and helping to drive legislative efforts to have a positive impact on the workforce.

As President at Total Talent Search, Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, with expertise in contingent, direct hire, talent acquisition, and RPO services.
She works closely with national, regional, and local leadership teams, driving keystone organizational principles as well as new initiatives and strategies related to the achievement of revenue and growth objectives. She also oversees the sales, training, support, and operational aspects of Total’s direct hire service offerings across the United States, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
